His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, shared the news on October 13, 2026. He spoke at the Mohammed bin Rashid Leadership Forum at the Dubai World Trade Centre, where around 1,000 government and business leaders gathered. Sheikh Mohammed said: “Dubai is building a city within a city.” He also indicated that more projects would be announced soon and highlighted the opportunities for investment in Dubai.
